New Delhi: Have you ever been approached by someone who promised jobs at Indian Railways through influence, fake appointment letters, money or unfair means over mobile phone or via email?

The Ministry of Railways has given a clear message to the aspirants asking them not to fall prey to the fraudsters.

“Stay vigilant against job racketeers or touts who promise jobs at Indian Railways, call helpline number 182 to report and/or for guidance & clarification of doubts,” said the Ministry.

What You Need To Do?

  • Call Helpline number 182 to report
  • You can also email respective RRBs (email address of concerned RRB can be seen from their respective websites which can be found at www.rrcb.gov.in).
  • You may also lodge a complaint at the nearest police station.
  • Your alertness can save you and your hard-earned money.

The Ministry of Railways has asked everyone to be a part of the mission for the transparent railway recruitment process.
